Assistan Professor (Junior) at Department of Economic Studies in Economic Statistics. My main interests are spatial econometrics for regional sciences. Particularly, I focus on semi-parametric methods and multivariate analysis with concern to the spatial nature of conventional data and Big Data.

My research is currently funded by a PON-EU REACT within the Department of Economics (coordinated by Prof. Paolo Postiglione) on the theme of geo-localized Big Data (D25F21001470007).

I was part of the Horizon 2020 IMAJINE project (WP3), which aims at tracking patterns in economic and social inequalities at European level. I took part at the national project “Valore and Legalità” (VALE) within the Department of Law and Social Sciences to address the relevance of learning facilities networks in Abruzzo.

Visiting PhD Student at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Regional Economic Applications Laboratories) in 2016 and 2017.

Visiting Researcher at REGIOlab - University of Oviedo in 2023.
